The Bertiz Tourist Office is an essential resource for visitors to the Señorío de Bertiz Natural Park and the Baztán-Bidasoa valley. Located in the Rural Tourism Centre of Oieregi (Natural Park), it forms part of the official Navarre Government tourist office network, providing detailed information, maps, leaflets and guidance on the natural, cultural and gastronomic attractions of the area. Its services include personalised assistance in several languages (Spanish, Basque, English and French), printed material on routes, itineraries and activities, and recommendations on signposted activities, heritage resources and local events. The office is the ideal starting point for planning a visit to the park and its areas of interest, the Historic-Artistic Garden, the Atlantic forest interpretive trails and the Nature Interpretation Centre. It also provides information on complementary services in the valley such as rural accommodation, guided activities and other Baztán-Bidasoa tourist resources. The office is open for most of the year with hours adapted to high and low season.
