Zubieta Mill

The Zubieta Mill, an active eco-museum in the Malerreka Valley, preserves an 18th-century watermill that still operates with traditional methods to grind wheat and maize. Part of an ethnographic museum where old tools are displayed and the rural customs of the valley are explained, it was restored in 1998 and allows visitors to watch the machinery in operation and experience the agricultural history of the area at first hand.
