LIZAIETA – ENVIRONMENTAL AND MIGRATORY BIRD INTERPRETATION CENTRE

Set in an area of outstanding ecological value, this educational centre focuses on the natural wealth of Etxalar and the phenomenon of bird migration. The exhibition features information panels, audiovisual material and ethnographic artefacts that shed light on the historic tradition of pigeon lofts. The centre helps visitors to understand the close relationship between the local people and the area’s biodiversity.
